What you need:
Display panel

Pencil

Wallpaper with spring pattern

White Paste

Stapler

Fresh Flowers

Draw a 5-inch diameter circle and a 10 x 1-inch strip on the display panel. Cut them out. Use the billboard circle and stripes as the pattern. Place them on the Back of the wallpaper. Trace around you.

You will need two circles of wallpaper and two strips of wallpaper for each basket. Cover one side of your poster card circle with glue and stick a wallpaper circle on it with the pretty side up.

Cover one side of your poster card strip with glue and glue a strip of wallpaper with the right side up. Turn the strip over and glue the other strip of wallpaper on the other side.

 

Place your circle on the table wallpaper – sideways down. Center the strip and glue it to the center of the circle. Glue the last circle of pretty wallpaper-sideways up on the strip. Turn it over.

Pull the ends of the tape together to form a handle. (The sides of your basket will curl up.) Staple the handle up.
