Chic Zipper Closure

This clever snake zipper can serve as a guard for any object to which it is attached. And although it sounds a little tricky, this sneaky snake is easy to make with the following instructions and illustrations.

What you need:
Cord Hook
3 meters green plastic cord
1/2-inch pom beads: 26 Green, 14 orange, 2 yellow

What to do:

1. attach the center of the plastic cord to a cord hook and form two tails. Thread a green Pom Bead on a spike. Thread the other end in the opposite direction through the same Bead. Tighten the Bead tightly on the cord hook.

2. String two green Pom Beads on a Tip. Thread the other tip in the opposite direction through the same beads. Pull the first Pom Bead well.

3. Thread one Pom-Pearl yellow, one green and another yellow on one Tip. Thread the other tip in the opposite direction through the same beads. Pull the second row of Pom beads well.

4. Thread into the next Set of two green Pom-Beads on a Spike. Thread the other tip in the opposite direction through the same beads.

5. Repeat this time with a row of two orange Pom beads. So continue with two rows of green beads, followed by one row of orange beads, until you have a total of 18 rows.

6. to make the tail of the snake, thread a green Pom Bead on a spike. Thread the other end in the opposite direction through the same Bead. Tighten up. Add a single orange row, a single green row and three more individual orange rows. (Is it a Rattle?!)

7. tie the laces to a double knot and trim the ends. Attach this zipper to your backpack for a stylish and smart look!
